The Role of the Head Coach and Head Coach in Sports Management
I think that how long have we got here I think an appropriate all and I'm talking across all sports here. All clubs have a responsibility just as all organizations within the corporate sector or the public sector have a responsibility to create an environment around the psych social helping players flourish and thrive. It feels kind of contradictory that chairman and CEOs wouldn't try to deliver organization led appropriate organization led environments and cultures in accordance to what we're saying.
