How to Respond to Controversial Content

Keenan: I think there's certain context where it's more helpful to respond and others where maybe the idea of engagement and controversial posts for the sake of controversy. Matt: Maybe even though we are engaging in a way to refute the information, maybe we're actually helping that person get there in our opinion, incorrect message, more views. Jensen: Letting the methods of how you got to your current understanding out in the open is perhaps more useful for people to see where you're coming from.
