Are Women of Child Bearing Age Threatened?

i want to ask you why women that are still of child bearing age are considered threatening when they're in positions of authority. I personally think it's because it's, it's too much power they a, they're allowed to wield economic and political power,. nd riaon power and reproductive power. And men then feel somewhat enslaved by the desire they feel for them; i would say most women fit into all those arpetites at different times.
