The 70 % Rule

You're probably never going to become more than 70 % sure you do something. When you just think about things and kind of browse the interned, that redit is not going to tell you your destiny. You need to do things. And so if you're pretty sure, 70% sure, that hey, this business would provide a lot of value, then do it. If it doesn't work out, and sometimes it won't, then the next business, you can probably be 80%. Because you have a lot more knowledge about yourself as an entre perner.
