Is It Possible to Leave Prison?
In the US, there are some specific times when incarcerated people leave prison. In Norway, they have this idea that after a certain amount of time in prison periodically, you should be able to get out and spend time like in a normal environment. Tommy Ross was recently enrolled from San Quentin on April 27th of this year after serving 36.7 years.
