Flying Cars - I'm Not Tryingin to Get Away From It

i would get my flying car license, like i would get thatoye if i couldget away bote an yover 300 and and o be regulating the air waves. I'm building the tech, but how do you actually create air born roadways and rules? That's more complicated, at least in my own head, than the tag yet.
