Is There a Higher Level of Emergence?

In many cases in nature, emergencies to higher level structural entities are built from relatively well-defined lower level units. When you lack those more defined lower level units, it appears to be more difficult to get emergent properties to come into being. So at some level, they're almost fungible. They may actually be part of the mechanism that facilitates the emergence of the mining company. In this case, mined, and we take mine to be not just human mines, but mines all the way down to wherever mines first come into being on our evolutionary tree.
