Medicine per se is pretty similar to the NHS. We have a huge private system and so effectively, it's cheaper for you to have health insurance than to pay a levy for not having health insurance. It probably has knock on effects of using sort of the MBS system, which basically means it's a fee per service system. And so we probably do some things that we're probably considered low value care that wouldn't sort of get through the NHS.
