I don't feel as though I've got any specific accent, apart from possibly there might be a slight touch of Yorkshire in one or two words. My approach to this is to say that I think you probably have received pronunciation, but it's a sort of standard received pronunciation. That sort of, that terribly posh way that someone like, you know, Jacob Rees-Mogg might speak. Then there's also received pronunciation with certain regional variations,. Like, for example, maybe just the way that certain vowel sounds get pronounced. And that would probably include differences between the north and south without it becoming a full-blown regional accent.
A conversation with my (lovely) mum in which we generally witter on about a number of different things including some British history, ways of describing rain, different expressions for talking (like rambling and wittering), my mum's accent, what she thinks of this podcast and some of her podcast recommendations. Vocabulary is explained after the conversation and there is a vocabulary list available.
