What Are Crutch Words?

A-disfluency is a negative term that has such negative connotations right it sounds so negative in my view as I have a podcast called my Fluent podcast So my aim is to become fluent and when I am hearing these fluences It's others that's interesting that's so interesting because I never thought about that. For me, these fluences are like obstacles Obstacles that make you hinder Being fluentso maybe we could talk about The different parts of it you mentioned the crutch words. Yeah crutch words is just one I mean the technical definition of a disfluency is any interruption in the normal flow of speechthat's the technical definition.
