How to Know Joy When You Practice Gratitude
When we actually practice gratitude, we're acknowledging the many factors large and small that contribute to this moment. We can say that gratitude is kind of the feeling of wisdom. It's how wisdom feels. One of the joy that arises when we practice gratitude is that we feel the freedom from illusion of separateness.
