In 2005, a sergeant had gone to trial for shooting an Iraqi and killing him. That's not why he went to jail. He went to jail because he tried to cover it up. So I saw that thing unfold behind the scenes. And so I had a coming out of being the Admiral's aid. It made me think we could do more than the DAs that we had done in past.
