If you feel a little resistance to this self loving action, don't give up. I recommend habit tracking where you take a calender and you mark off every single day that you do this new loving habit. People who are trying to become sober, a lot of them have an ap on their phone that tracks how many days that they've been sober. Another thing you can do is simply write a list of all the things that you want to get done. And it truly does make a difference.
