The Cooking Metaphor of Interventions
In narrative therapy, there's a specific goal. What does it look like when therapy works? And that in my mind is the cookie that you end up with or the streusel or the cake. So I was hoping to find very clearly delineated categories of interventions to help make sense of this. A lot of interventions fall into these three categories and it helps to place things mentally in different buckets so we can see things better.
