You Don't Need a Raincoat

There was an initial recommendation in february that said you don't need to wear masks. We were worried about people, um, who were professionals not having enough. And we weren't sure masks really worked. There were some aerisol scientists and others who did wonderful experiments showing that masks actually are effective. So the advice changed.
