What's the Difference Between the Best and the Worst Monarch?

Most of the things that you just said are lumped into one category which we call ville vous. And our other categories are very different. They're more based on how interesting a person he was rather than how effective he was at a monarch. So I guess we're sort of less about the historical rigorous academic detail than we are about just judging people and deciding if they're interesting or not.
