She says one thing that really accelerated her work was not worrying so much about getting the figure 100% correct in R. Instead she used a package called GG plot two and saved images as PNGs or JPGs before putting them into omnigraphy. Kohn: It's more time-consuming than just throwing an image straight out of R but allows for greater flexibility with the program.
