What Causes Imposter Syndrome?
Not having a design background might contribute to this feeling that you're an imposter in this industry. The industry industry is fairly new and there are no clear standards or if you want, nobody knows what it means to be a good designer yet. High achievers are suffering from imposter syndrome because they feel like everybody else has achieved something while they haven't. Being successful will actually not make you feel better but may have the opposite effect.
