Some firms are looking at this going, ye, we can't square that circle. We can't allow all opinions to matt because some of them are in opposition to each other. You do need to accept that your choice is as an individual about wha were to place your energy, but also as an organization, it is inherently political. How do you create an environment where it's feasible for to have dialogue? I've spoken personally to many leaders who aegrtly terrify to go into this sort of territory.
