The Pros and Cons of Nix on MacOS

The promise of Nix is real. I went from a box fresh laptop to all of my apps installed, including iStack menus and configuration files in place. All of my shell stuff was there. The only things I've had to do really was log into a whole bunch of stuff, which you can't really automate that,. It's such a utility for me. If I'm using a Mac, it's like four or five apps, tops, and I could totally see it working there. Fuzzy finder integration on control R for reverse search. Where has that been all his life? Oh my goodness. And he'll tell you your absolute favorite feature besides the whole overall holistic
