The Importance of Storytelling
In the IAC, it's the cost of doing business, right? And how much time does it take someone to do X, Y, and Z? And can we cut that time to market? So that's the kind of thing that resonates to those years. The average Joe or Jane in the organization, man, slogging literally to try and get your hands on all the stuff that you need to be able to either deliver on an initiative or go and see a client or move your project forward is tough. Those are the kinds of things that really resonate with everybody at any level.
