I actually think far too much of coach education is focussed on what to coach, and nowhere near enough is focused on how to coach. You need an environment where the coach is putting players in that middle zone area, within the interaction zone. And if you just allow those concepts and principles to emerge with those games well enough, then these traditional approaches can work.
