The Role of Service Designers in Facilitating Sessions
I think we've built this product over the good part of 10 years and some things are as they looked 10 years ago. We see very expert facilitators not finding which is our motivation to improve in the next year. It would be interesting though, if it was possible to cross-check the information about the co-facilitator, how many people work on a session design? I think we could do something because you can assign specific blocks to people. If you're using all the features or more of the features of session lab, then you might be doing that. But again, I didn't know that. Yeah.
