Modern Witches Can Be Artists

The word witch comes from the German hexae, which actually means fence. And so witches were fence riders. They are creatures that live on the border between two things. In some cultures, artists are considered dangerous, almost as if they're witches. So modern witches can be artists, writers, poets, anything that stirs the soul in a way that honors the unconscious.
