Is Taylor Armstrong on the Show?

Heather and Terry are like very much like socialite celebrity thriss monsters. They should be in LA, they don't need a big old house outside Los Angeles. Heather coming back was a good idea but it changed nothing else. I'm not worried about them; they do welcome themselves.
