Agile Way of Working

A lot of teams just don't realize, they don't understand agol. They don't really know what it would do for but some, i have seen that having that sense of urgency built into it. There are definitty people who don't like that. It's not perfect. Buti isn't too many people that have done agile and agile way of working for a while who do say they don't like it. Because most people do like that more collaborative aspect of it, just they have to experience it.
