The Different Layers of Emotion

Emotions we experience in heartbreak have many different emotions within it, including experiences of frustration, disgust and contempt. So there are certain habits and patterns we can identify in what we become triggered about and then how we respond to those triggers. In my way of working is always in the body. But you know, carefully, mindfully contacting the moment by moment like micro arising's in each part of the body where the emotion is felt.
