i've met some people in high places who seem, seem to be lacking enough to get there. But maybe they're supplying something i'm not aware of. The problem is finding a champion who will fight for your ideas and get it up the chain of command. If you find yourself trapped by a dearth of ideas, don't worry about it. They're there. What you've got to do is work on finding the champions who can get your idea past the department of no what goes on between the person who wants to see the idea implemented and the person who could be its champion.
