The Republican Conference and the Democrats in Congress

Diane Feinstein is not a voting member of the Senate because she's off in California, supposedly suffering from shingles. And so for those two audiences, the Republican conference and then Democrats in Congress, including some Democrats in the Senate, they have to cast their votes there.
