Does Advice Work?

i totally agree. I think advice is often useless. You have to trick people into doing the right thing almost half the time. People only do things that they wanted to do already, and it's very, very hard to change what people want to do. Mean, the goal, i think, as a founder, should be like flexibility. If you're not doing a hundred different things, maybe you're doing the wrong thing, right? Like, it'stlik, ou ave to do everything. And just the management of this entire pipe line of stuff must be exhausting. But you have to do all of us, all on your shoulders.
