The Role of Feedback in Teaching
Gorna: I learned a lot of things in my experience, in the experiment with classrooms and with experiencing with teaching. So from all of those observations, I got a lot of feedback, which helped me to decide how to practice my classes. And then also feedback from students as well was really important. Daniel: As teachers, it's exactly the same. Never underestimate the power of feedback. That kind of directs and, you know, signals everything that you should be doing. If we don't know something is working or isn't working, then how can we improve it?
