Can I Do Spin?

Easter holidays mean there are fewer boot camps for me to go to. This means I'm doing less cross training, and having an internal panic about that. But on the other hand, it's been a slight game of two halves, which I really like. You have to listen to your body, don't you? And if you really get, we all don't massively want to go for going for a sort of morning long run or something, but do you actually really not want to go? How's your body feeling? Is this addictive stroke controlling? Or is it a good way of kind of making sure that I'm getting my exercise in?
