The new south wales plant will create at least five different renewable energy zones. D and mik say they are 'delighted' with the plan, but have been surprised by some of the reactions to it so far. The company is still working out exactly how much capacity would be needed for each zone - a process that could take up to two years. They also admit there's no way of knowing whether or not their plans can work without central control over roll-out projects.
