neck strengthening should be a non-negotiable with any grappler that is looking to mitigate injury risk. There isn't no bad exercise, there's no bad movement, but it's a matter of do you have the capacity to do it and at what point in time are you doing this movement? So approaching that in a more educated way is definitely something that every grappler, every fighter for that matter should focus on. And not so much for the strengthening to prevent the concussion.
