i was a swimmer mostly, but i was doing these very, very long swims in the ocean. I do not spend 28 hours a week doing endurance exercise any more. So now much greater focus on strength training. The only thing that doesn't sacrifice is i always lift three days a week. It doesn't matter if i'm in the middle of nowhere, i will find a place to lift weights. In new york, i ride my pelaton in san diego. If i'm in december for a couple of weeks, i'll do wind sprints up a hill. But like there's going to be some sort of short intense activity.
