Is There a Difference Between Blacks and Whites?

The claim that only racism can account for X, Y and Z comes up against just the general complexity of life. One of the things that strikes me as extraordinarily bizarre about modern left-wing political theory is the idea that if it weren't for racial prejudice, everyone would be expected to perform similarly or identically. There's no reason to assume that a 27 year old guy in Mississippi with a degree from Southern Mississippi will make as much money as a 58 year old guy on Manhattan Island with a degrees from Columbia or Yeshiva. It just doesn't make sense.
