Is There a Discruiting on Twitter?

I was mulling over another tweet that would have really, this would have been pulling the pin out of the grenade. I wanted to say something like, let's see what happens if they ever staged the World Cup in a city where white men with West Ham tattoos aren't allowed to travel there. And then we'll probably see a lot more action than a moment. But nevertheless, to the greater appeal of it is that it promotes debate. We spend a lot of time talking and feeling like we've progressed an action forward when actually, I don't think we've really done anything.
