"I was diagnosed autistic as an adult. So though we all know that I was, that means I was born autistic. I just wasn't diagnosed as a child," he says. "When I think about swimming lessons even now as a grown man, I just sheer horror in fills my body." 'All I can remember was putting, doing anything I could do to get out of the water,' adds Mr Smith.
