How to Negotiate With a Bully
I know a lot of people struggle with that position, negotiating from a disadvantaged position. My job is to say, okay, they have a level of control over your vulnerability. So if we reduce your vulnerability and their eyes, then we'll change their perspective. And eventually if we get to the point where they realize what they have to lose, we can make them be reasonable because most people don't want to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
