Ditto, an insurance aggregation company, is selling policies through its website. Founder and CEO of Ditto says customers are often at a disadvantage when buying from insurers. Customers don't even know what insurance company they're going to; many can't tell you what's in the policy. "You're always going to have somebody who's going to put our weight behind you," he said.
