Is This a Cold War 2.0?

Putin is dragging Russia back to a kind of 1970s, you know I've also called it Brezhnevism 2.0 at home and likewise we are heading for a kind of Cold War 2.0 in terms of international relations. So this is the question okay what does peace look like? Is peace simply the absence of war or if so when we say war do we mean military war or non-military war? It's going to be very difficult to imagine especially while Putin is in the Kremlin but potentially after. A peace that is a true peace. That is actually the absence of any kind of conflictual relationship. We still haven't cracked how the balance between deterrence and retaliation
