The market peaked in february. That's when the new 52 week his list peked. Since then, it hast been deterioration. The average stock is down over 20 % off its highs right now. We're just not seeing an expansion in new lovs. I would look for Tenur to break out of this range and a oil to break out above 76%. All those things will be bullish if they happen in the fourth quarter or early next year.
