Laura Ling: I would love to shift gears and go into a bit of a conversation around something that you touched on a little earlier. And so that is the idea of like shame and negative self-concept and limiting beliefs or unhelpful narratives. You've kind of spoken a bit with me in the past about self-compassion as being one of the crucial sort of first steps in alleviating that, too. But also I wondered if you had anything else to share around self- Compassion and some other strategies that work.
