The Bitcoin Core wallet is stored on an unencrypted file called Sparrow. It's not the easiest thing to read, but I guarantee you'll see your addresses mixed in with all of that. As it needs to be online and check for every new block, it doesn't really make sense for them to encrypt things because they have to have it unencrypted all the time anyway.
