The Story of Alice Ramsey
Alice Ramsey was riding a horse along Country Road in Hackensack, New Jersey. A car drove by tearing down the dirt road at the unimaginable speed of 30 miles an hour. Whether this startled Alice we do not know. But we do know about the horse who reared up in fear and had Alice clinging for dear life. She would be away from her husband and child for hours at a time but she seemed to like it that way.
