Refs: A New File System for Windows Server 2012
Refs was intended to be the next-gen replacement for NTFS. It's only now starting to show up again in windows 10, what is it, workstation? I think, not the normal professional. The performance of refs is utterly atrocious. Refs doesn't support all of the file system features it would need to either to be bootable with Windows right now or to actually have application data for all the different types of applications.
