Are Leaders Attending the Daily Scrum?

So, how do you explain the difference between scrum and agile in terms of how you process your work? So, it's always an interesting question since scrum is an agile framework. If they're going to, if they want to listen in, I don't see any problem with that we've we've had our leadership teams coming along. Having a leader turn up makes no difference whatsoever team should be okay to talk about what's going on. It shouldn't make a difference that's the ideal.
