Shoe was taken the penitentiary t Tuesday morning in the custody of sheriff nichol and deputy dwyer. He died on march first, 19 hundred, just two half years later, apparently from an epidemic. So since he died from an epidemic or a pestilence, for him, it was a pestilential prison with a lifelong lock.
