The additional roles reimbursement scheme has been a good idea, says Ben. But the GP workforce crisis at a GP level continues without any solution in sight and practices need to make sure that they are using these extra roles for their core business. "I think ultimately it will be life saving because there isn't no alternative to using those roles," he adds.
