The Uninsured in the United States

In the united states, about ten % of us have to pay all of our marical costs in cash. These people are known as the uninsured. Anyone in europe is allowed to buy private health insurance, but they are also allowed to useh hospitals and ambulances and doctors that are paid for with taxes.
